Originating from a visit to the Polish town Chorzow. Here, we saw what it means to ‘be at the peripheral’!
By first glance a real dreary and grey industrial town, where we were told not to go out after sunset because of xenophobic hooligans. Accommodated in a monstrous former Soviet concert hall, where we also played earlier that night, while the security guy vegged out seeing Polish TV- shows in his office.
The concert, however was one of the best we have ever had, where the host and the audience really made us abash about our previous fearful presentiments.
